How to Request a Free Advertising Audit?

You can request a free Advertising Audit from Eva. This way, you can review your advertising status and our experts can create a report for you. You can see where you can maximize your profits and save your time.

Please follow the instructions below and grant permissions to our users at Amazon Seller Central. 

Step 1

Send an email to advertising@eva.guru to ask for a unique email address for your store. This email address will be used to request permissions.

Step 2

    1. Log in to your Amazon Seller Central 

     2. Go to Settings > User Permissions 

3. Scroll down, Add a new user, and click “Send Invitation” 

After you complete these steps, please send us an email and let us know. We will confirm the invitation.

Step 3

1. Check your Inbox and User Permissions screen. 

After you receive the email from Amazon. Please, click the “Manage” button to access user permission details. 

Mail Subject: A secondary user has been added to your account 

From: Amazon Seller Central (Do Not Reply) <donotreply@amazon.com> 

2. Edit & Manage permissions as below and save settings.

     3. Once you are done, please reply to this email and let us know.

Arrange a meeting with the Managed Services on Eva.
