Returns Management

In the world of ecommerce, returns are unavoidable facts, especially if you are an Amazon seller. In order to ensure a stable experience for buyers, it is important to match or exceed Amazon’s return policies.

Returns Management on Eva

Eva AI panel provides you with an easy track for your returns management. To reach the return management panel on EVA and track your returns first hover over the menu on the left side and click on the Returns Management tab under the Inventory Management section. Please see Figure 1 below:

Search Section:

On top of the screen, you can see the search section for your returned items. Here, you can search for a specific removal order regarding its ID, SKU, FNSKU, or ASIN. This is very useful for the users to search specific SKUs and observe their removal order data. Please see Figure 2 below.

Order Type:

On the left side of the screen; there is an Order Type filter option that allows you to search your removal orders regarding their types. You can display between Disposal, Return, Liquidations, Grade & Relist or you can select the ‘all’ option to review all your order types. Please see Figure 3 below:

Order Status:

By hovering on the Order Status section you will display a dropdown list you can filter your removal order depending on the status desired between Cancelled, Completed, Pending, and Delivered. Please see Figure 4 below:

Date:

On the right side of the screen; there is a Date filter that allows you to display your removal orders regarding the date information. Please see Figure 5 below:

Why Eva’s Return Management?

Eva provides also returns management service so that you can minimize workload and recover a considerable amount of revenue.

Our Returns Management includes inspecting your returned items to separate healthy ones from the defected ones. The items in good condition will be re-packaged and re-labeled for sending back to the Amazon FBA warehouse.
