Changing Amazon’s Reporting Language

If your products are not displayed and your store is in a language that is not English you may need to change your Amazon Language for feed processing report. This will allow Eva to distinguish your data and properly display the information gathered from Amazon in our system.

To solve this problem, you need to follow these straightforward steps.  

  • Start with log in to your Seller Central account and select ‘Settings’. Continue with the ‘Account Info’ section from there.
  • Then click on ‘Language for feed processing report’. A drop-down menu will appear. 
  • Choose English from the language options.

Once you complete this process, we will automatically download your reports and make sure you can see all of your SKUs with no missing data.
