Account-Level Template for Pricing Management Reports
Eva is introducing a new feature where you can download pricing management reports as account-level templates. This feature aims to provide users with a more comprehensive and customizable view of their pricing data, making it easier to manage and analyze their pricing strategies.
Account-Level Templates
To use this new feature, you need to enable the toggle for Account Level Export, the reports will be on Account Level, and you will be able to download pricing reports that provide data across all your stores in your account. The exported reports are available for the Pricing template, Advanced Settings template, and Export as a Filtered template. See Figure 1 below.
The templates on Account-Level will contain two additional columns: marketplace and seller ID. This information can be used to filter and sort data according to different marketplace and seller IDs, providing users with a more detailed view of their pricing performance.
NOTE: If you delete the columns for marketplace and seller ID, even if you enabled the account level export, Eva will only update on a store level. Make sure that the templates you downloaded are in the same format before uploading to Eva to avoid complications.
Store-Level Templates
If you don’t enable the toggle the reports will be on Store Level and provide data for a specific store. You will have access to the Pricing template, Advanced Settings template both on an Excel and CSV, and Export as a Filtered template. See Figure 2 below.
In addition to downloading the reports, you can also upload templates with the same format and receive updates via email once the upload is complete. This feature will save you time and effort in manually entering data into the system.
The new account-level template feature in Eva provides a more customizable and comprehensive view of their pricing data, allowing you to make better-informed decisions and optimize your pricing strategies.
