Release Note Oct 14, 2021
VAT on Fees
If you are a non-VAT registered UK and/ or EU seller, now you are able to see and analyze VAT on Fees. Eva considers every single cost while calculating a minimum price for your product listings. Previously, VAT on Sales and Fee Values were listed under the Calculation Optimal Price card. Now VAT on Fees is ‘Available’ as well.
Current min prices will not be affected by this new feature.
Here is how you can manage and understand your VAT on Fees.
1- To start click pricing management, then click on the ‘Calculate Optimal Min. Price’ button for the SKU you want to manage.
If you pay VAT on Sales as a VAT registered seller, VAT on Fees value will be zero. Please see Figure 1 below.
If you do not pay VAT on Sales, as a non-VAT registered seller, VAT on Sales value will be zero.
You will be able to see the sum of VAT values of all taxable Fees. Please see Figure 2 below.
2- If you are not also paying taxes for the Fees, you can also manage from settings for all your product listings.
In the manage settings button, you will be able to see the new ‘VAT on Fees’ pricing setting. As default, this setting is enabled for all stores. You can choose to disable it. Please see Figure 3 below.
