Platform Password Reset
If you’ve forgotten your password or need to update it for security reasons, resetting your password for your Eva e-commerce account is simple. Follow the step-by-step guide below to regain access quickly:
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Visit the Eva e-commerce login page by navigating to www.eva.guru.
Step 2: Click “Forgot Password”
On the login page, click the “Forgot Password?” link located beneath the password entry field. This will redirect you to the password reset page. Figure 1 – Forget Your Password

Step 3: Enter Your Registered Email Address
Enter the email address associated with your Eva account. Double-check for typos to ensure you receive the password reset instructions.
Step 4: Check Your Email
Check your inbox for an email from Eva with the subject line “Password Reset Request.” If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
Step 5: Click the Reset Link

Step 6: Create a New Password
Enter a strong, unique password. Use a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters for added security. Confirm your new password by typing it again in the designated field.
Step 7: Log In with Your New Password
Return to the login page and sign in with your updated password.

- Update your password periodically to keep your account secure.
- Avoid sharing your password with anyone.
