How to Navigate in Campaigns Page
Overview
The Campaigns page is the workspace where you create, monitor, and manage one-time messaging campaigns sent through Email or SMS. From this page, users can review campaign performance, search and filter campaigns, open existing campaigns, and create new ones.
The page combines performance insights, filtering controls, and a campaign list so you can manage messaging activity in a single interface.
Step 1: Open the Campaigns page

Navigate to Campaigns from the left sidebar.
When the page loads, you will see all campaigns created in EVA Conversion Intelligence. These can include campaigns that are still being prepared, scheduled for delivery, or already sent.
This page serves as the central hub for managing your messaging campaigns.
Step 2: Review the campaign performance summary

At the top of the page, the Email performance last 30 days section provides a quick overview of recent email engagement performance.
This summary displays:
- Average Open Rate
- Average Click Rate
These indicators help you quickly evaluate how campaigns have been performing over the selected time period.
Step 3: Choose how campaigns are displayed

Campaigns can be viewed using two different display formats.
List View
Displays campaigns in a structured table format so you can easily scan campaign details and performance metrics.
Calendar View
Displays campaigns on a timeline to help visualize when campaigns are scheduled or were sent.
Use the List and Calendar buttons in the top-right area of the page to switch between views.
Step 4: Create a new campaign

To start building a new campaign, click Create Campaign.
This opens the campaign creation workflow where you will:
- Select the campaign channel (Email or SMS)
- Choose the audience
- Build the message content
- Schedule or send the campaign
New campaigns are initially created in Draft status so you can complete configuration before sending.
Step 5: Search and filter campaigns

The controls above the campaign list allow you to locate and organize campaigns quickly. Use the Search Campaigns field to locate campaigns by name.
Apply filters
You can filter campaigns using the available filter options:
- Last 30 days – limits campaigns by date range
- Audience – filters campaigns by selected audience
- Channels – filters by Email or SMS campaigns
- Status – filters by campaign status such as Draft, Scheduled, or Sent
These filters help you narrow the campaign list when managing a large number of campaigns.
Step 6: Review the campaign list

The campaign table displays all campaigns that match the currently selected filters.
Each row represents a campaign and includes important information such as:
- Campaign name
- Message type (Email or SMS)
- Status
- Send date
- Open rate
- Click rate
Clicking a campaign name opens that campaign so you can review or edit it.
Step 7: Use campaign actions

Each campaign row includes an action menu that provides additional controls for that campaign.
From this menu, you can access available operations such as:
- Editing the campaign
- Managing campaign settings
- Accessing campaign options
The available actions depend on the current campaign status.
For example, campaigns in Draft status can be edited, while campaigns that have already been sent can only be reviewed.
