You can switch between two display modes depending on how you want to review listings:

  • Table is useful for detailed tracking and comparison
  • Cards is useful for faster visual scanning

Both view modes show the same product set. Only the presentation changes.

Step 4: Open a product

From the listing table or card view, click a product to open its optimization detail page.

This takes you into the workspace where the current listing data and AI-generated content are shown side by side.

Step 5: Review the current listing data

On the left side of the page, you will see the Current Listing Data section. This area is read-only and shows the existing content for the product, including:

  • Title
  • Bullet points
  • Keywords
  • Description

This is the source content currently associated with the listing.

Step 6: Generate AI-optimized content

  • Bullet points
  • Keywords
  • Description

You can compare the generated content with the current listing data and decide whether the result is suitable. If you want a different version, click Regenerate to create a new output.

This allows you to iterate before moving the listing forward in the workflow.

Step 8: Update the listing status

After reviewing the optimized content, update the listing status based on its current stage.

The available statuses are:

  • Draft for listings that are not finalized
  • Eva Pending for listings that are being worked on internally or are internally ready
  • Customer Pending for listings waiting for customer review or approval
  • Published for listings that are finalized

This status keeps the optimization process organized and makes progress visible across teams.

Step 9: Track progress from the listing table
