How To Filter and Manage My Amazon Catalog?
The Amazon Catalog allows you to review, filter, and organize your Amazon products inside EVA.
This page is used to analyze product data, identify items that require action, and prepare products for matching or cost updates.
Step 1: Open the Amazon Catalog

- Navigate to Catalog
- Select the Amazon Catalog tab
This view displays all Amazon products available in your account.
Step 2: Search for specific products

Use the Search bar to quickly locate products.
You can search using:
- product name
- ASIN
- SKU
- Parent ASIN
This helps you find products instantly without scanning the full list.
Step 3: Apply filters
Click Filter to refine the product list.
Available filters may include:
- product status
- price
- cost
- tags
Filters allow you to focus on specific product groups, such as low-priced items or products missing cost data.
Step 4: Switch between view modes

You can change how products are displayed:
- Cards View for visual browsing
- Table View for structured analysis
Both views use the same underlying data.
Step 5: Customize columns

In Table view, click Columns to control which data fields are visible.
You can:
- add or remove columns
- reorder columns
- create a customized layout
This allows you to tailor the view based on your workflow.
Step 6: Review product data

Each product row includes key information such as:
- ASIN
- SKU
- Parent ASIN
- price
- cost
- status
- tags
Reviewing these fields helps you understand product structure and identify issues.
Step 7: Select products for actions

Select one or multiple products to prepare for actions.
This enables workflows such as:
- updating product cost
- organizing products with tags
- preparing products for matching
Step 8: Use the Update Product Cost action

Click Update Product Cost to manage cost data for selected products.
This action allows you to:
- assign or update cost values
- prepare products for profitability analysis
Step 9: Manage large catalogs efficiently
Use a combination of:
- search
- filters
- column customization
to reduce large datasets into manageable views.
This helps you focus only on products that require attention.
Pro Tip
Use filters such as missing cost or product status to quickly identify products that need action instead of reviewing the entire catalog manually.
