How To Navigate Across Catalog Views and Use Bulk Controls?
The Catalog page includes shared controls that work across Unified, Amazon, and Shopify views.
These controls allow you to switch between datasets, search within context, and perform actions on multiple products efficiently.
Step 1: Switch between catalog views

At the top of the page, select one of the catalog tabs:
- Unified Catalog
- Amazon Catalog
- Shopify Catalog
Each tab displays a different dataset.
Switching tabs changes:
- the product structure
- available fields
- matching and management capabilities
Step 2: Understand data separation between tabs
Each catalog operates independently:
- Amazon Catalog shows Amazon product data
- Shopify Catalog shows variant-level Shopify data
- Unified Catalog shows matched products
- Listing Optimization lists and enables to optimize the content of you Amazon Catalog
Data is not merged across tabs unless products are matched.
This means actions in one tab do not affect the others directly.
Step 3: Use search based on current context

The Search function is context-aware.

This means:
- in Amazon Catalog, search works with ASIN, SKU, product name
- in Shopify Catalog, search works with variant-level data
- in Unified Catalog, search works across matched products
Search results depend on the active tab.
Step 4: Select products
You can select products using checkboxes.
Options include:
- selecting individual items
- selecting multiple items
- selecting all visible items
Selection enables bulk actions.
Step 5: Perform individual bulk actions

After selecting products, bulk actions become available.
Depending on the tab, actions may include:
- matching products
- updating cost
- managing product data
Bulk actions allow you to process multiple products at once.
Step 7: Combine filters with selection

For efficient workflows:
- apply filters to narrow the dataset
- use Select All on filtered results
- apply bulk actions
This allows targeted operations on specific product groups.
Pro Tip
Always filter your dataset before using Select All.
This ensures that bulk actions are applied only to relevant products and prevents unintended changes.
