Campaign Review & Validation Logic
What Is Campaign Review?
Campaign Review is the final validation step before a campaign can be scheduled or sent. It summarizes the campaign configuration and checks whether the required components are correctly set up.
This step helps ensure the campaign is ready for delivery and highlights any warnings that may require attention.
What the Review Step Checks
During the review step, EVA evaluates the main campaign configuration areas and displays their completion status.
Recipients
The Recipients section confirms the selected audience and verifies that recipient targeting has been configured.
If the audience configuration is complete, the section is marked as Completed.
Tracking
The Tracking section verifies whether campaign tracking parameters are configured.
If tracking settings are enabled and valid, the section is marked as Completed.
Warnings and Validation Messages
If EVA detects configuration issues, the review step displays warning indicators.
Warnings do not always prevent sending the campaign, but they alert users to potential issues such as:
- missing message elements
- incomplete configuration
- recommended compliance elements
These warnings help users correct issues before scheduling or sending the campaign.

Scheduling or Sending the Campaign
Once all required sections are complete, the campaign can proceed to delivery.
Click Schedule or send to choose whether the campaign should be delivered immediately or at a scheduled time.
Why the Review Step Matters
The review step ensures campaigns are validated before delivery. It helps users confirm that recipients, message content, and tracking settings are correctly configured.
This reduces the risk of sending incomplete campaigns and helps maintain reliable campaign performance.
