What Are Campaign Performance Metrics?
Campaign performance metrics measure how recipients interact with a campaign after it has been delivered. These metrics provide insights into message delivery, recipient engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Performance metrics become available once a campaign has been sent and recipients begin interacting with the message.
Where Performance Metrics Appear
Campaign performance metrics are available within the campaign details view.
When a campaign with Sent status is opened, EVA displays engagement indicators and delivery statistics that summarize how recipients interacted with the campaign.

Core Campaign Metrics
Several key metrics are used to evaluate campaign performance.
- Delivered messages
The number of messages successfully delivered to recipients.
- Recipient count
The total number of profiles who received the campaign.
- Open rate
The percentage of recipients who opened the message.
- Click rate
The percentage of recipients who clicked a link within the message.
These indicators provide a general overview of how recipients responded to the campaign.
How Metrics Are Calculated
Campaign performance metrics are calculated using recipient interaction data.
For example:
- Open rate is calculated based on the number of recipients who opened the message relative to the number of delivered messages.
- Click rate is calculated based on the number of recipients who clicked a link relative to the number of delivered messages.
Because engagement can occur after the message is delivered, performance metrics may continue updating as recipients interact with the campaign.
