Account Details: Understanding Store Context & Configuration
What Is Account Details?
Account Details is the account-level view that opens when you click Go to Account Details from General Overview.
This page provides structured information about the store’s setup, lifecycle, and operational context. While General Overview focuses on performance metrics, Account Details focuses on who the account is, how it is configured, and what it includes.
It acts as the reference layer behind all analytics.
The Logic
A) Account Details is a separate context layer
Where: Top-right of General Overview

Action: Click Go to Account Details
What happens:
- A new page opens
- The view switches from performance analytics to account configuration and metadata
This separation ensures that performance analysis and account information are not mixed in the same interface.
B) The page is structured into sections
The Account Details page is divided into clearly defined sections:
Account Information (Top Section)

Includes core account metadata such as:
- Account Status
- Account MRR
- Website
- Account Creation Date
- Trial End Time
- Source
- Active Package Types
- Customer Lifetime
This section defines the identity and lifecycle of the account.
C) Overview section shows aggregated account metrics

Below the account information, the Overview → Metrics section provides summary-level indicators such as:
- Total ASIN count
- Total SKU count
- Revenue summaries (last month, last 3 months)
- Time-based metrics (30-day sales, profit, ACOS, TACOS)
These metrics provide a compact snapshot of account scale and recent performance outside the main Analytics dashboard.
D) Tabs organize account-related data
The Account Details page includes multiple tabs:
- Overview
- Subscriptions
- Contacts
- Stores
- Invoices
- Projects
Each tab represents a different aspect of account management and operational structure.
This allows users to navigate account-related information without leaving the context of the account.
E) Edit mode allows updating account information
Clicking Edit switches the page into editable mode.
In this mode, users can:
- Modify account fields (status, website, source, etc.)
- Update structured account information
- Save or cancel changes
This makes Account Details not only a viewing layer, but also a configuration interface.
Why This Matters
Analytics data is always tied to an account.
Without understanding:
- how the account is structured
- what packages are active
- how long the account has been running
it becomes harder to interpret performance correctly.
Account Details provides that missing context.
