Purchase Orders

You can add purchase orders into EVA to feed the Replenishment and Analytics sections. You can easily create a purchase order and keep track of them. Additionally, you can download them as a template and even hand them over to your suppliers for orders. The Purchase Order tab helps you keep track of and manage your orders inside the Eva app. You can see the status of your orders and enter information from your supplier, manufacturer, or factory to feed the required information into the replenishment panel, pricing management, and analytics pages.

This process will feed the information into the replenishment tab to represent your inventory accurately. It will ensure that your replenishment simulations are effective and accurate.

To reach the Purchase Orders tab and manage your purchase orders, first hover to the menu on the left side and click on the Purchase Orders tab under the Inventory Management section. See Figure 1.

Now, you can reach and manage your purchase orders and add a new purchase order.

How to Add a Purchase Order

Too add a new purchase order to your list, hover to the Add New Purchase Order button on the top right of the page and click on Log PO for Others. See Figure 2.

By clicking on the Log PO for Others, you will be redirected to the page to enter your purchase orders manually or by a template. See Figure 3.

You can add a vendor to your vendor list by clicking on the arrow on the right of the Select Vendor tab. After clicking the arrow, you will see a dropdown menu with Add New Vendor section at the bottom. See Figure 4.

Click on the Add New Vendor, enter the vendor’s name and address to the related sections, and click Save. See Figure 5.

Now, you can see your vendor on the dropdown menu. In addition, you can add multiple vendors to the list making it easier to assign commonly used vendors to your POs.

Choose your vendor and click on the Search Product button to continue the process. After clicking on it, you can search the products in your store by Product NameASINSKU, etc., and choose the product you would like to create a purchase order. See Figures 6 and 7.

Search your preferred product and click on the Add button on the right side of the product. After that, you can see your product on your Log a Purchase Order page. You can enter the quantity and the price for that product. Also, enter the PO Number, and choose the Expected Arrival Date. See Figure 8.

After entering the quantity and price, click on Save PO on the bottom right, and you will create your purchase order. You will see them in your Purchase Orders after saving the order. See Figure 9.

If you want to add them in bulk or with a template, click on the Download Template button on the Log a Purchase Order section. You will get an excel file with all the information and instructions. Enter the information on that excel file and click on Upload Product List. Drag and drop the excel file, and you will complete your template upload process. See Figure 10.
