How to Use Profit Analytics
The SKU Scorecard now has another section which is called Profit Analytics. It shows the realized profit over the product cost and sales price of the products sold. EVA created this new feature in order to give customers detailed information about their sales and profit rates and provide them a more enhanced way to analyze and direct their selling strategy through this data. Profit analytics is one of the best features that Eva offers for both resellers and private labels.
Please be aware that, to be able to see your customized chart based on every SKU, you need to add the product cost of the SKU. Otherwise, profit can not be displayed.

When you click on the Profit Analytics button; a pop-up screen will appear;

The Profit Analytics chart gives you the sales over the last 30 days. At top of the chart, you will see different symbols with different colors, and each of them represents the essential information regarding the SKU.
The chart is automatically drawn based on the following: Sales amount, total cost, COGS(Cost of Goods Sold). However, if you want to add and analyze through Profit and Margin, hover on the top and click the desired parameters to see a graph based on the desired parameters.
You can also unclick any default parameters you want;
The card opened next to the profit analytics chart shows you detailed information about the SKU on a specific day; you can see the total amount of sales in a day, the amount of COGS, all Amazon Fees, Profit, Margin, and ROI.
This card shows the last day by default; it works with a tooltip logic; if you want to analyze a different day, go to the graph and click on the desired date. When you click, the details of the date you selected will appear on the card.
Under the profit analytics chart, there is a card shown below. That gives values such as the total sales amount, total profit and expense, average ROI, margin, and cost. It is essential to keep in mind that these values represent the last 30 days.
There are other fragments in our system which can help you analyze and control your profit;
- Sales&Finance Chart on the Executive Dashboard; shows the COGS (Cost of Goods Sold; COGS=Product Cost+FBM Shipping.) amount belongs to the last 30 days for the SKUs which have the production cost information. To learn your COGS for the given month, you can click this little orange bar on the expense column, marked below.
- Daily Sales Chart on the Daily Sales Page. This chart shows the total profit of sales realized within day by day. A turquoise bar and the new lines have been added to show profits.
Also, you can click on any SKU on the Daily Sales to reach Profit Analytics.
