How to Update Your Settings via FTP?
Eva allows our user to upload their files to our FTP server so that our users can perform actions that are crucial for their online presence – uploading and updating their websites without any hassle.
Once you request an FTP, we prepare credentials for you and send you, via email. All you have to do is upload your file to our FTP server with the credentials we have provided, and the system automatically uploads the file. During the upload process, file name is being updated and in progress is completed.
When the process is completed, we upload a report for the same file, and we also send you that report via mail.
An important note to mention is that for FTP, only CSV folders are accepted.
