Amazon Report Language Problem
After you connect your Seller Central account to Eva, if you see your SKUs shown as below, that means EVA has difficulty distinguishing your data. This happens when your Seller Central Report Language is not English.
To solve this problem, you need to follow these straightforward steps.
- Start with log in to your Seller Central account and select ‘Settings’. Continue with the ‘Account Info’ section from there.
- Then click on ‘Language for feed processing report’. A drop-down menu will appear.
- Choose English from the language options.
Once you complete this process, we will redownload your reports and make sure you can see all of your SKUs with no missing data.
