Profile Search & Exploration
The Profiles page includes tools that allow users to explore and locate customer records within the audience database. As the number of profiles grows, these tools help teams quickly find specific contacts and review their information without manually scanning the entire list.
Profile exploration is performed primarily through the Explore profiles table and the search bar located above it.

This layout allows teams to quickly scan the audience database and review profile information without opening each individual record.
Searching for Profiles
When the audience database contains many profiles, the search bar can be used to locate contacts quickly.
The search field is located above the profiles table and supports searching by common contact identifiers.
Users can search profiles using:
- customer name
- email address
- exact phone number
As the search query is entered, the profiles table updates to display matching results.
When Profile Search Is Useful
Searching for a profile is helpful in several situations, including:

- reviewing an individual contact record
Using the search tool allows teams to access specific profiles quickly without navigating through large lists of contacts.
