Product Selection and Management (ASIN, Search, Filters)
Overview
The Listing Optimizations page allows you to manage which products enter the optimization workflow. You can add new products by ASIN, search for existing ones, and use filters to focus on specific listings.
This helps you control what gets optimized and keeps the workflow organized when working with multiple products.
Adding products by ASIN
You can add a new product directly from the Listing Optimizations page.
- Enter the ASIN in the input field
- Click Add ASIN
Once added:
- The product appears in the listing table
- It becomes available for optimization
- The workflow starts from the Draft stage
This is the main way to bring new products into the optimization process.
Searching for products
Use the search bar to quickly locate a product.
Search supports:
- Product name
- ASIN
This is useful when:
- working with large product lists
- jumping directly to a specific listing
- checking the status of a known product
Using filters to narrow the list
Click Filters to refine which products are displayed.
Filters help you:
- focus on specific statuses (e.g., Draft, Pending, Published)
- isolate listings that need action
- reduce noise in large datasets
This makes it easier to manage optimization work at scale.
Why this matters
Without proper selection and filtering, the Listing Optimizations page can become difficult to manage as the number of products grows.
These tools help you:
- control which products enter the workflow
- quickly find what you need
- focus only on relevant listings
