How Do I Access EVA Conversion & Retention
Overview
EVA Conversion & Retention can be opened directly from the left-side navigation in the EVA Commerce Intelligence App. When you select this module, EVA Commerce Intelligence redirects you to the dedicated EVA Conversion & Retention dashboard, where you can manage communication workflows in one workspace.
Step 1: Open EVA Conversion & Retention

From the left-side navigation in the EVA Commerce Intelligence App, click Conversion & Retention.
After selecting it, the system redirects you to the EVA Conversion & Retention dashboard.
Step 2: Confirm dashboard redirection

Once redirected, the EVA Conversion & Retention homepage loads.
This homepage is the central workspace used for:
- Campaign management
- Flow automation
- Email template creation
- SMS message creation
- Audience organization
